As well as an in-depth induction all cleaning operatives are continually assessed and supported. Bespoke Toolbox Talks are delivered at all levels and each employee has a dedicated Training Record.
Security and site instructions, daily job tasks and weekly cleaning rotas as well as general equipment storage and maintenance training are all ongoing.
We’ve also a comprehensive range of site manuals that include emergency procedures, contact details, risk assessment, COSHH data and your specific cleaning schedule.
