At ServiceMaster Manchester our personnel work as an extension of your staff taking pride in their work and in order that we can encourage and grow this culture our recruitment processes are robust. New employees are rigorously screened prior to an offer of employment to ensure you are provided with reliable and trustworthy staff. These recruitment processes are then supported by frequent visits from supervisors and managers during cleaning activity to ensure compliance in presentation, quality, methods, discipline and security.
ServiceMaster Manchester pursues it cooperate objective “to help people develop” and in doing so we offer a wide range of training modules and development opportunities to our staff.
Comprehensive induction programmes, maintenance of training records and a number of Toolbox Talks are delivered to staff at all levels along with specialist training by our skilled Technical Services Department in floor care, machinery operation and maintenance. Our management team complete mandatory training in H&S, First Aid and NVQ Level 3 Management as part of their role.
Our Head Office team have extensive responsibility for customer service, service delivery, commercial performance and innovation. This gives practical realisation to the concept of empowerment and is highly effective in ensuring ownership of service provision and performance as well as being greatly motivating for our people.
