The team at ServiceMaster work well together and none of them are shy about rolling their sleeves up to get the job done. Their quality of cleaning staff is high and any issues that may arise with their staff are dealt with quickly by the Area Supervisor or Area Manager. I specifically requested a working Supervisor for my office who takes care of any staff training and issues, supplies and is my point of contact should I need to communicate something to the cleaning crew. The cleaning crew I currently have are all competent at what they do and are proud to provide a high quality service.
Their carpet cleaning service is excellent with the Manager overseeing this area being technically knowledgeable in all types of floor covering, namely carpet, rubber and wood. Our carpet is a light beige colour and within the first year we had several stains that I never believed would come out . However, after our first carpet clean the stains had literally vanished and there was no evidence that there were ever stains on the carpet. Several of our staff commented on the cleanliness of the carpets and floors.
All in all, the service received from ServiceMaster has been excellent and any issues have been dealt with head on and efficiently. There is no doubt that the team is there to service you and ensure the quality of cleaning is kept at a high standard.
